For the face bubble project I painted a big face all over the city, no body or neck, just a face, like a bubble that sticks against the wall.
Everytime I'd go out painting for no reason other than my own amusement, I'd paint the face.
The idea came to me because I had made a mold of my own face out of plaster.
I took pretty photos of the plaster face, with intense lighting on it, in several positions.
I used these photos as a reference picture for the paintings.
After a while I stopped the project because I quit painting in general. I am planning to pick it up again though.
